Born in Columbia, Andrew received his undergraduate degree from Furman Univeristy and his law degree from the University of South Carolina.

Prior to joining Willoughby & Hoefer, Andrew served as law clerk to the Honorable Bruce Williams at the South Carolina Court of Appeals.  He also worked for a large regional law firm in Washington, D.C., concentrating on toxic tort litigation.

Andrew is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of South Carolina and the District of Columbia.
